For Your Protection
To protect employees and their families in the event of death or serious injury, United Road Towing automatically provides basic life, basic AD&D and business-travel accident insurance. Some employees also have the option to purchase additional life insurance and/or AD&D insurance if it meets their needs.
Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance
Employees are offered the opportunity of basic short-term and long-term disability insurance and have the option to purchase additional long-term disability insurance if interested.

For Your Time
United Road Towing is committed to all team members enjoying a balanced and enjoyable life, including time off with friends and family. Vacation hours grow monthly until they reach the vacation accrual maximum. All full time employees begin accruing their vacation time at the time of hire. Employees continue to accrue on a yearly basis until the maxiumum vacations days are met.
United Road Towing provides employees paid time off for the standard holidays, including two additional floating holidays. Holiday schedules may vary according to observance of holidays at specific locations.
